I am a strategic and customer-centric Learning and Development executive who works directly with line senior executives to align leadership vision, behaviors/practices, culture, measures, reward/recognition, performance and talent development. I am a creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker. I have strong communication, interpersonal relations, coaching/mentoring, change management and collaborative skills.
